Effective 1 June 2019, Osaka Prefecture requires all hotel staying guests to pay Accommodation Tax based on the room rate per person per night:

For example:Overnight Rate - ¥35.000 for 2 adultsRate per person per night - ¥17.500Accommodation Tax - ¥200 per person per night, ¥400 for 2 adults Total Rate - ¥35.400 for 2 adults

Kindly select 3 adults when booking online if you wish to have an extra bed setup prior to arrival, for online rates to include the extra bed charge.
